Following the latest statement from the UK Government, particularly the advice to avoid theatres and not to travel unless it is essential to do so, it is with great regret that we have decided to cancel all performances up to the 1 April. This decision coincides with the closures of many of our performance venues.

Please find information pertaining to all cancelled events and ticket refunds:

Beethoven The Complete Piano Concertos (21 & 22 March), due to take place at BBC Hoddinott Hall, Cardiff. Wales Millennium Centre or BBC NOW Audience Line will be in touch with you regarding ticket refunds.

Curate: Enchant (26 March) due to take place at Chapter, Cardiff. Chapter will be in contact with you by email to arrange a credit note or refund.

Lunchtime Concert (31 March) due to take place at St David’s Hall, Cardiff. Please call the St David’s Hall Box Office on 02920 878444 for ticket refunds.

Lunchtime concert (1 April) due to take place at the Riverfront, Newport. Customers will be contacted by the team at the Riverfront in due course to arrange refunds or an exchange to a later date.

It is very disappointing that these projects are not able to go ahead, and we hope that we can reorganise some of them in the future. In these worrying times, we must be guided by the health experts and follow their advice.

Please be patient with our venues. As I’m sure you can imagine, all of our venues are dealing with a huge number of enquiries at the moment and are working on contacting audiences as soon as possible. Please bear with them while they process these cancellations.

We are actively monitoring developments with regard to the Coronavirus pandemic, and will be guided by the advice provided. For future events, please check our website before travelling for the latest information.
